Maco

Property Description

The Maco Property, located near the village of San Blas, State of Sinaloa, Mexico, is comprised of a single claim covering 1,500 hectares. The claim covers a large area of prospective gold/copper porphyry mineralization. The property is at an early grass roots stage of exploration.

The mineral concession is held by Minera Montana S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Minera Montana”), a wholly owned Mexican subsidiary of Oremex Resources Inc.

Location & Accessibility

The Maco Property is located near the village of San Blas, approximately 20 kilometres north east of town of Los Mochis, State of Sinaloa, Mexico. The property is easily accessed by paved Mexico Highway 15 from Los Mochis and then northeast towards the village of San Blas. The property is easily accessible year round.

History & Previous Workings

In March 2003, Oremex agreed to acquire the assets of Minera Montana. During the first quarter 2006, the Company conducted a geological examination and rock chip sampling program on the property. Results taken from a copper-stained cliff were encouraging.

Recent Activity

The Company has not performed any further field work on the property and plans to complete a re-assessment of the property and may offer the property for joint venture.
