Oremex Announces Resignation of CEO
The Company regrets to announce the resignation of David K. Duval as its Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Duval is unable to meet the time commitment required to fulfill the duties of CEO because of a family-related matter.
He will remain on the Board of Directors and will continue to play a role in the Company during the exploration and development of the Company's Tejamen Silver Project in Mexico.
