Vancouver, B.C., June 14, 2004: Oremex Resources Inc. is pleased to report drill hole results on the second zone of a two zone exploration program on the El Manto zone located southeast of the Cerro Prieto zone, on the Tejamen Silver property, located in the State of Durango, Mexico.
To date, Oremex has completed a total of 28 reverse circulation drill holes on the El Manto zone which total 4,200 metres. Of the 28 drill holes reported, 22 drill holes show wide and high- grade silver mineralization. The best results were intersected in holes MMT-074, MMT-078, MMT-079, MMT-084, MMT-085 and MMT-091 as follows:
*Drill Holes MMT-078 and MMT-079 still ended in good grade silver mineralization. The zone is open along strike and at depth.

Approximately 80 drill holes are planned to continue to expand the zone for the 2004 drill program on the El Manto Zone, including twinning of some historic high grade silver intercepts (such as 22.7 ounces per ton over 52 feet). Drilling will resume on June 14, and additional drill results should be available by the middle of July.
