Chairman of the Board
Mr. Thomas is a partner at Thomas, Rondeau LLP, and practices principally in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and mining. He acts as counsel in the structuring and implementation of corporate financing transactions, public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, takeovers, corporate governance and compliance matters. He represents certain investment banking firms, provides advice to various public corporations and is a director of a number of public companies trading on North American exchanges.
Ross O. Glanville, P.Eng., M.B.A. and B.A.Sc.
Mr. Glanville is the chair of the Compensation & Nominating Committee of Oremex. Mr. Glanville has over 30 years of expertise in mineral valuation, assessment, mining finance, marketing and management of mining companies. During his career, he has provided over 200 fairness opinions for mergers, amalgamations and acquisitions of public and private companies. In addition, he has provided over 500 valuations of exploration and mining companies worldwide in Canada, the United States, Australia, Mexico, Africa, Europe and Asia. He has served as a director of a number of North American mining companies. Mr. Glanville is the principal of Ross Glanville & Associates Ltd., which specializes in valuations of public and private companies and mineral exploration and development properties. The firm also contributes technical and financial expertise for legal undertakings.
Francisco Crespo Hernandez, P.Eng. (Geological Engineer)
Mr. Crespo is a consulting geologist and a Mexican national. With a career spanning 35 years in the mining industry within Mexico and abroad, Mr. Crespo brings to the company a wealth of experience and knowledge. He was involved in the development of the Cumobabi, the Lampazos and the Maria mines - all located in the Mexican state of Sonora. He led the Minorco-Anglo Mexican gold exploration program from 1991 to 2000 and was involved in early stage exploration and drilling of Oremex's Tejamen, Durango project. Mr. Crespo is a consultant for Anglo American, providing geological analysis and technical assistance for their exploration programs.
Iain MacPhail, C.A.
Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1977, Mr. MacPhail has provided accounting and tax consulting services to numerous clients, including many public resource companies. Currently, he is an officer of two public resource companies. Mr. MacPhail is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Oremex.

Mr. Marcus is CEO and founder of Fyre Marketing LLC, a marketing and investor relations firm specializing in establishing long term strategic relationships with companies identified as having significant growth potential.
Andrew F. B. Milligan, M.B.E. (mil) M.A.
Mr. Milligan, Chairman & Director, has been engaged in the management of publicly traded gold mining and exploration companies for over 30 years. He is a former President of Glamis Gold Ltd. and Cornucopia Resources Ltd. and holds directorships in several Vancouver-based mining companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Milligan is also a director and officer of Contrarian Resource Funds 2006/2007 Management Ltd., limited partnerships which invest in flow-through shares of junior Canadian mineral exploration companies.
He has a Masters of Arts from Glasgow University and brings a wealth of business experience as an independent director to the Company.
